The Orange County Board of County Commissioners unanimously voted to remove ICE from its Intergovernmental Service Agreement after multiple discussions and research.
The vote took place Tuesday, April 21, replacing the IGSA with a Basic Ordering Agreement, which limits the holding period of ICE detainees from 72 hours to 48 hours.
