‘Disturbing’: Florida women busted after 24 dogs pulled from unsafe car

KISSIMMEE, Fla. (CBS12) — Two women were arrested in Florida after police allegedly discovered 24 dogs, many of them puppies, in unsafe conditions in a vehicle.

The Kissimee Police Department announced on Saturday that two women, Dana Hutchinson and Dawn Biggs, have been arrested after officers responded to a “disturbing” case involving 24 dogs.
