NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Three Tennessee cities have made a list ranking places in the U.S. with the most overpriced homes.
The new report from MoneyLion found that in some U.S. cities, like Santa Maria, Cali., homes are priced about 60% over their value.
“MoneyLion found the 50 most overpriced markets by isolating the 200 largest cities for housing and sourcing each spot’s average home value and median listing price,” the report said. “From there, MoneyLion calculated the monetary and percentage difference between the home values and median list price.”…
