BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. — A Maryville man was sentenced Friday for damaging and attempting to destroy an interstate gas pipeline facility in Blount County in May 2025, federal prosecutors said.
Christopher Kyle Duke, 36, entered a plea agreement in Dec. 2025 to one count of damaging and attempting to destroy an interstate gas pipeline facility used in interstate or foreign commerce, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
