MARYVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The United States Postal Service is hiring in Maryville with a weeklong job fair, highlighting summer opportunities.
The job fair kicked off on Monday and will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day through Friday, June 12, at the Maryville Post Office (226 Keller Lane). USPS personnel will be on site to help with applications, share information about the positions, and answer questions.

During the fair, USPS is looking to hire Rural Carrier Associates (RCA) and Assistant Rural Carriers (ARC). Both positions start at $21 an hour. According to USPS job postings, an RCA is a part-time, on-call position, responsible for mail delivery and collection when the regular carrier has scheduled days off or is on vacation.
