Knoxville police seek information after sedan hits and injures bicyclist

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Knoxville Police Department is seeking information after a sedan struck a bicyclist on North Peter’s Road.

Around 12:25 a.m. Sunday morning, a woman was riding a bike east on North Peter’s Road in the left lane, KPD said. According to police, an unknown sedan rear-ended her, ejecting the woman from the bicycle and leaving her with multiple injuries. The driver then left the scene, police said.
