Royal Oaks residents may not be able to stop developers from moving in next door, but that doesn’t mean they plan to roll over about it.
Maryville Municipal Planning Commissioners unanimously advanced a request by developer Sterling Engineering, Inc. to construct The Commons subdivision off Springwood Lane and Morganton Road, near the southeastern end of Robert C. Jackson Drive on Monday.
