KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The driver of a tractor-trailer involved in a crash Tuesday morning has been charged, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
THP said in its preliminary report that 36-year-old Hobrayan Mateo, of North Carolina, was driving a tractor-trailer on I-40 East near mile marker 370 when he reportedly hydroplaned.
