One of Tennessee Football’s top targets in the 2028 recruiting cycle, defensive lineman Kellan Hall, has been bumped up to the No. 1 overall prospect in the class in Rivals’ Industry Rankings on Wednesday. It wasn’t a far rise from No. 2, but the move proves he is worthy of being named the best prospect in the class.
Hall is set to visit Tennessee for the Vols’ game against LSU on Nov. 21.
The 6-foot-5 prospect will see Tennessee’s game-day environment at its peak as the Volunteers host the Tigers and former head coach Lane Kiffin.
