Tennessee commit David Gabriel Georges shines in front of Josh Heupel

Five-star Tennessee commit David Gabriel Georges continues to prove why he is regarded as one of the top running back in the nation week after week. But on Friday, Oct. 30, he got to do so in front of his future coach, Josh Heupel.

No. 12 The Baylor School traveled to Knoxville to face Knoxville Catholic High School at Covenant Health Park – the Knoxville Smokies’ Double-A minor league baseball park – on Friday which made for a perfect off-weekend trip for Heupel.

Gabriel Georges scored three rushing touchdowns – all three of Baylor’s touchdowns – to secure a 21-7 victory over Knoxville Catholic.

Gabriel Georges’ final touchdown of the night was one of the most impressive runs of the high school football season. He simply could not be brought to the ground, fighting through nearly every Catholic defender before finding an open gap for a 67-yard touchdown run.
