KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A man illegally in the country was arrested after assuming a stolen identity and using it to work and vote in Tennessee for 40+ years.
After entering the country in 1984, Canadian citizen Gregory Allan Porter assumed the identity of “Tony Wayne Ortiz,” an American citizen.
