KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A Knoxville man is in custody after stalking a minor, according to an arrest report obtained by WVLT News. Among other things, Henry Garren, 34, is accused of calling an underage girl 96 times over the course of a few days and showing up at her house.
