KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Chocolate Fest 2024 was hosted at the Jacob Building in Chilhowee Park, and 116 locally-owned businesses attended. Despite the name, chocolate was not the only item being sold at this year’s Chocolate Fest. Vendors sold a variety of candies, baked goods, gifts and different snacks.
