No. 2 Wide Receiver In Tennessee Joakim Dodson Commits To SEC Program

Three-star wide receiver Joakim Dodson announced his commitment to Tennessee on Saturday. He committed to the Volunteers over Memphis, Indiana, and Georgia Tech.

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound wide receiver is from Collierville High School in Memphis, Tennessee. He finished his junior season with 52 receptions for 919 receiving yards and 8 receiving touchdowns.

Dodson is the No. 523 overall prospect and No. 83 wide receiver in the class of 2025. He ranks as the No. 2 wide receiver and No. 15 player in Tennessee, according to the On3 industry rankings .

Following Dodson’s commitment, Tennessee’s 2025 class ranks No. 11 nationally and No. 6 in the SEC. He is the second in-state commit in the 2025 class for the Vols, joining four-star quarterback George MacIntyre.
