KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – On Wednesday, Feb. 14, Knox County will deliver donations collected during the 2023 Holiday Festival of Lights to the Love Kitchen in Knoxville. The 25th annual Holiday Festival of Lights ran throughout December. According to officials with the Office of Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs, visitors donated enough non-perishable food items to fill just about seven large barrels and a total of $3,190.25.
