NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Two radar-confirmed tornadoes were reported in Middle Tennessee Monday afternoon, according to the Nashville Weather Service. What will likely be classified as a weak tornado touched down in Lebanon in Wilson County on Monday afternoon. The tornado warning was issued at 2:55 p.m. and at 2:57 p.m. the National Weather Service reported seeing debris on the radar.
