Two men died and a woman was hurt in an overnight shooting at a Knoxville bar

Two people died in an overnight shooting outside a Knoxville bar, and another was hurt. The suspect fled and has not been arrested, police say.

At about 2:45 a.m. today, police were called to The Pint House, 815 Merchant Drive. At the front entrance, one man was shot and killed and another was shot and taken to a hospital, where he died, according to a Knoxville Police Department press release. A woman suffered minor graze wounds. Their names were not released.

Police say the suspect ran away before they arrived. That person has not been located or charged, and they do not know what led to the shooting.

Anyone with information is asked to call East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers at 865-215-7165. Tipsters can remain anonymous and are eligible for a cash reward.
