KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -Sunday morning, the Knoxville Police Department announced it began a search for a missing 13-year-old girl named Cloey Lamb. According to KPD, Lamb was last seen walking from her home on Ball Camp Pike toward Victor Ashe Park wearing a white T-shirt, leather skirt and pink and white shoes. She is described as being around 4 feet 7 inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes.
