KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – People who buy food or drinks at Kern’s Food Hall may soon get a unique QR code they can scan to avoid parking fees. Once scanned, they will be able to park for free. It’s part of a new parking system the food hall is rolling out after it went back on plans to introduce a paid system for everyone who parks there.
