KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The Knoxville Police Department is working to identify a man who is suspected of allegedly assaulting another man. Police said the suspect assaulted the victim in the area of Cumberland Avenue and 17th Street in the early hours of Sept. 14. KPD provided a picture of the man below.
