The Knoxville Police Department is currently in search of a man linked to an assault incident, the authorities confirmed. The attack in question took place in the early hours of Sept. 14, at the intersection of Cumberland Avenue and 17th Street, a location close to the University of Tennessee Campus, according to WBIR.
