KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The City of Knoxville’s anticipated winter festival is returning with dozens of events and activities that are guaranteed to bring holiday cheer. This year’s Christmas in the City will include events like ice skating in Market Square, a Christmas parade and a Tour de Lights bike ride.
