KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Knoxville Police Department said an investigation is underway after a man fell from the 11th Street Parking Garage on Saturday. According to KPD, officers went to the area of the parking garage on Cumberland Avenue at around 7:15 p.m. on Saturday, where a 21-year-old man had been critically injured after falling from an upper floor of the parking garage.
