KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) – The Knoxville Police Department is searching for the parents of a little girl who was found wandering along in an apartment complex parking lot. According to KPD, the girl was found around 10:30 a.m., wandering in the parking lot of the apartment complex 4506 Fennel Road.
