KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Young Williams Animal Center has issued a warning after it received several reports of a man posing as one of their officers. According to the shelter, the suspect is believed to be a man named Mark with a mustache and brown hair. Additionally, he drives a white utility van and approaches homes, claiming to be investigating barking complaints.
