KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – This is the fourth year the City of Knoxville has hosted its New Years Eve Bash inside World’s Fair Park. “We absolutely love saying goodbye to the current year and hello to the new year,” Director of Special Events for the City of Knoxville Kyndra Brewer said.
