KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Renters will have a little more power in some Tennessee counties in 2025. This is thanks to a new law that requires landlords to provide renters with contact information for the property manager, the person responsible for providing maintenance at a rental unit, and a platform for landlords and tenants to communicate online.
