KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – A block of South 17th Street between Cumberland and White Avenues for the rest of the week, the city of Knoxville announced Monday. The city said it is taking advantage of fewer University of Tennessee students on campus to accommodate ShoffnerKalthoff MES crews installing electrical conduits to a new restaurant opening in the Cumberland Avenue corridor.
