BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a man who was last seen traveling in Maryville on Chapman Highway Tuesday morning.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued the Silver Alert for Terry Lowe, 63. Lowe was last seen around 11:52 a.m. Tuesday while traveling north on Chapman Highway at John Sevier.

Lowe is 5’6″ tall and weighs around 175 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. The TBI said Lowe is believed to be travelling in a black 2006 Mercury Milan with the Tennessee tag 961BBJT.
A photo of the car shared by the TBI shows that it also has a bumper sticker on the trunk right above the license plate.
