KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – One person was arrested after officials with the Blount County Sheriff’s Office confirmed a crash on Chapman Highway Friday night started as a traffic stop in Blount County.
Officials told WVLT News deputies initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Old Knoxville Highway near Sam Houston School Road after deputies say they were stopping the car on suspicion it was a stolen vehicle.
