KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – As Knoxville City Council began its vote to enter into an agreement with the National Institute of Criminal Justice Reform, Turn Up Knox was responding to claims by the city.
In February, the City terminated its contract “for convenience” with the violence intervention program.
