KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A water line break along Clinton Highway near Callahan Drive, caused flooding the roadway and a partial closure Wednesday morning.
One northbound lane has been closed, a Tennessee Department of Transportation spokesperson reported around 8:20 a.m. He urged caution in the area.
