KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The third annual West Knox Pride was a time for dozens of people to gather and celebrate the end of Pride Month. The event had several vendors, including Rocky Top Weddings. Couples had the chance to use their services to renew their vows, pledge their commitment or get married.
Anthony Cespedes owns Rocky Top Weddings. It was his first year attending the event. He said it’s because he believes “love is love,” and everyone has the right to get married.
“We’re just celebrating gay marriage, what it is to have pride. I’m set up in the middle of Heybear with a wedding chapel set-up with the intention of marrying couples,” he said…
