PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (WATE) — For the first time in 45 years, the City of Pigeon Forge has a new city manager. David Wear has been appointed to serve in the role ahead of the retirement of longtime civil servant Earlene Teaster.
Wear has been the mayor of Pigeon Forge since 2011. According to his LinkedIn, he is also the vice president of operations for the Island of Pigeon Forge.
