LaFollette Police Narcotics Detective Noah Riggs makes the arrest
LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Narcotics Detective Noah Riggs with the LaFollette Police Department recently saw Joseph Lee Odell traveling eastbound on Jacksboro Pike driving a 2004 Black Chevrolet Trailblazer. Officer Riggs had prior knowledge that Odell was wanted for arrest by the United States District Court.
It was around 4pm on Wed., June 18, when Narcotics Detective Riggs stopped the vehicle at the old IGA supermarket parking lot and placed Odell under arrest according to a report from the LaFollette Police Department. Also in the vehicle, in the front passenger seat, was Rebecca Ann Chiarini…
