Morgan Wallen Foundation sending 35 kids to Salvation Army’s Camp Paradise Valley

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Thirty-five kids will attend the Knoxville Salvation Army’s Camp Paradise Valley this summer, thanks to a $15,000 donation from the Morgan Wallen Foundation.

The camp focuses on instruction in the arts and music. The donation from the country superstar’s foundation will cover the full cost of attending, a Salvation Army announcement said, including transportation, meals, lodging, recreational activities and all instructional materials.

“We are incredibly grateful to the Morgan Wallen Foundation for investing in the lives of young people in our region,” said Major Cameron Henderson, Area Commander of The Salvation Army Knoxville Area Command. “For many of these children, this will be their first time attending camp and exploring music and the arts in such a hands-on way. It’s more than a week away—it’s a chance to discover their talents, build confidence, and just be kids.”…
