OLIVER SPRINGS, Tenn. (WVLT) – A Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper was involved in a crash Thursday on Highway 62, also known as Knoxville Highway, THP officials confirmed to WVLT News. It’s a portion of the highway that’s seen several crashes recently.
The crash happened near Oliver Springs, according to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, on a stretch of the highway that has seen four people die in crashes in less than a month. It shut the highway down.
