KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — People traveling along a popular South Knoxville greenway might have noticed a very public and heartfelt “thank you” note from a man who recently survived a heart attack.
If you head to the Forks of the River Wildlife Management Area and walk east down the Will Skelton Greenway a little ways past the famous sunflower field and the Red Tail Hawk Creek bridge, you’ll eventually come across a large white sign that’s attached to a tree.
