GRAINGER, CO., Tenn. (WVLT) – A Grainger County man has pleaded guilty to the 2023 murder of a 21-year-old girl.
In December 2023, Dilan McFall was arrested and charged in the murder of Grace E. Miller after Grainger County 911 received a call about a body found on the side of the road.
