KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — One person was injured after a fight broke out under a bridge in downtown Knoxville last weekend, according to the Knoxville Police Department.
KPD responded to a report of a “large fight” under a bridge east of Barley’s Taproom and Pizzeria at 200 E Jackson Avenue on July 19. Upon arrival, officials found three people sitting inside a car with one 23-year-old man bleeding from his head, with most of those involved in the fight having left, KPD said.
The department said the individuals were intoxicated at the time and could not provide clear information about the suspects or the cause of the fight. The 23-year-old was the only victim officers discovered at the scene, KPD said…
