OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — For visitors to the Children’s Museum of Oak Ridge, a new exhibit will allow them to view life as it was in the 1940s. A home built in the Manhattan Project era is now on display for people to tour.
“It has quite a history about it, you know. The house itself was at one time 68 outer drive,” said Ray Smith, Oak Ridge Historian.
