In-N-Out Burger is headed to Tennessee.
The legendary California burger chain plans to open a location in Memphis. According to multiple reports, a permit was filed on Aug.1 with the city of Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development for the construction of an In-N-Out at 5341 Poplar Ave. in East Memphis.
