Loudon County inmates learning a trade to help find jobs post-release

LOUDON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Loudon County Sheriff’s Office has worked to keep some of its inmates busy while they’re in jail. A program the jail recently got involved in allowed some of them to learn how to weld.

“It gives us an opportunity to create skills that we can build a future with when we leave,” Loudon County inmate Jeremy Honeycutt said.
