Knox County Juvenile Center asking for stuffed animal donations

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – For years Knox County Juvenile Court Judge Tim Irwin has used a stock pile of stuffed animals to comfort kids who have come into his court room through no fault of their own.

“They brighten up, they go from withdrawn, anxious, to smiling, happy and it makes them smile and makes me smile because of it,” said Judge Irwin.
