KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — According to court records, a man is facing burglary charges after he allegedly broke into a Knoxville apartment, asked for a glass of water, jumped from the balcony, and then returned to the apartment.
Bobby Crain was charged with aggravated burglary after police said he broke into a Lake Avenue apartment early Thursday morning, the Knoxville Police Department said.

According to court records, early Thursday morning, a man, later identified as Crain, began beating on the door of the apartment, then punched a window and crawled through. The residents asked Craine to leave, but he refused. He acted verbally aggressively and kept reaching for his waistband as if he had a weapon, the victims told police. They believed he wanted to assault them.
Crain asked for a glass of water and then walked to their balcony. He then jumped from their balcony to their neighbor’s balcony and began kicking the door, court records alleged. He then returned to the original apartment…
