Who’s ready for Week 2 of the season to get here? Yes, the Tennessee football faithful can’t wait for Week 1 against Syracuse to arrive, but Neyland Stadium is going to be PACKED for the home opener against East Tennessee State on Sept. 6.
When you’re leaving home on the way to that game, no need to worry about making sure you’ve got cash on you. Wait, what? That’s right, on Thursday it was announced by the university that Neyland Stadium is officially going to be cashless for the 2025 season. While this might not seem like a major change, it’s something that indeed has the fanbase a little split on:
CASHLESS: Beginning this fall, Neyland Stadium is now a cashless venue:“Fans should be prepared as they approach concession stands, Vol Shop or any retail locations inside the stadium.
