KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – City of Knoxville leaders invited the public to a town hall to discuss future plans for Chilhowee Park Monday. The city has a plan in place to sell a portion of the park to Emerald Youth for a sports complex.
This comes after the city just awarded Muse Knoxville the nearby Jacob Building for the future.
