An elderly man from Maryville has been found safe after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued a Silver Alert. William Minser, 81, was last seen on Sunday morning when he left his home. Tennessee Bureau of Investigatio shared his description and vehicle details, a 2002 Toyota Tundra with Tennessee license plate 0001WF, to help locate him. He is described as 5’6″, 165 pounds, with blue eyes and gray hair, according to WVLT.
On Monday morning, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced that Minser was found in Knoxville and the Silver Alert was canceled. Authorities said his medical condition may have affected his ability to return safely without help, but confirmed he is safe.
