KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — The Knox County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 people and seized methamphetamine and fentanyl, it said Tuesday evening.
KCSO executed a search warrant at a home on the 3900 block of Bud McMillan Road after receiving complaints. It added that there was a documented history of criminal activity at the home as well as overdoes responses.
