KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — After the latest deadly wreck on Western Avenue, neighbors are expressing concerns about the road’s safety.
The Knoxville Police Department said a driver crossed the center turn lane into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on into another vehicle last week. The driver who crossed into traffic died later at the hospital.
